Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 588min platform — including its website, Progressive Web App (PWA), mobile interface, casino games, sportsbook, and any associated services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 588min platform, including visitors who have not registered an account, registered users who have not completed identity verification, and fully verified active account holders.

588min reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the 588min platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the 588min Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete legal agreement between you and 588min.

Eligibility & Age Requirements

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain a 588min account:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) of at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of 588min or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously had a 588min account closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.

Age Verification

588min implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures for all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents — including your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or upon request by the 588min compliance team.

Where age verification is pending, 588min reserves the right to restrict deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay until verification is satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accumulated on an account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage user shall be forfeited in full.

Account Registration

To participate in real-money gaming on 588min, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

One Account Per Person

If 588min identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, it reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawals pending investigation. The primary account holder may be permanently banned from the platform.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 588min username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 588min will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — including financial losses — is your sole responsibility.

Account Verification (KYC)

588min operates a risk-based KYC programme. You consent to providing the following documents upon request:

• Proof of identity: Pakistani CNIC (front and back), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method: Screenshot or confirmation of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits, confirming ownership in your name.
• Source of funds documentation where required by 588min's compliance procedures.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of the request will result in account restrictions being applied, including suspension of withdrawal access.

Deposits & Payment Methods

588min accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All payment methods listed on the 588min deposit page are subject to availability and may vary based on your account status and location.

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may be applied at the account level based on verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your 588min PKR wallet in real time upon successful processing. 588min is not liable for delays caused by payment processor outages or banking system downtime.
• 588min does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank) may apply their own transaction charges independently of 588min.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your 588min PKR wallet, except in cases where 588min determines a chargeback or error has occurred.

Currency

The 588min platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees for Pakistani players depositing and withdrawing in PKR.

Withdrawals

Verified 588min account holders may request PKR withdrawals to their registered JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank accounts at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single-withdrawal cap for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on your account and that is registered in your own name.
• All pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request is approved. Requesting a withdrawal while an active bonus is attached to your account will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawal requests placed on hold.
• Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed on a same-day basis for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one business day.

Withdrawal Review Rights

588min reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any withdrawal request if the account is under review for compliance, fraud, or responsible gaming reasons. In such cases, 588min will communicate the reason for the hold to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe and will work to resolve the matter as efficiently as possible.

Bonuses & Promotions

588min offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket betting cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements). The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each individual bonus offer. Typical wagering requirements on 588min range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the offer type.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money PKR balance. Real-money funds are used and staked first by default, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus across multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 30 days from the date of issue — within which wagering requirements must be met. Unmet bonuses will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• 588min reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• Certain game categories — including live dealer games, progressive jackpot slots, and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) towards bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates will be specified in individual promotion terms.

Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on the 588min platform — including but not limited to slot games, live dealer table games, jackpot titles, virtual table games, and game show titles — are governed by the rules set out in this section and by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface.

• All 588min casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for statistical fairness. The RNG certification details are available on request from 588min support.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game round, 588min will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly based on game server logs. The outcome recorded on the 588min server is the definitive record in any dispute.
• Bets placed on games that experience a demonstrable software malfunction may be voided at 588min's discretion, with the staked amount returned to the player's PKR wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within the game interface. 588min reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Progressive jackpot games — including Ocean King Jackpot and Ways of the Qilin — are governed by their individual jackpot mechanics and payout rules, which are displayed within the respective game. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payout.

Sports Betting Rules

The 588min sportsbook offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, and ICC tournaments), football, tennis, UFC, and other sports. All sports bets are subject to the rules in this section and to the sport-specific rules published on the 588min sportsbook pages.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are accepted subject to the terms and odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet reference number is issued, the bet is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the sole discretion of 588min. 588min reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded — due to a data feed delay or technical error — will be voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum winnings per single bet and per accumulator bet are subject to limits that will be communicated to you upon request and are displayed in the 588min sportsbook help section.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 588min's standard void/settlement rules for that sport type will apply. Generally, if a match does not resume within 12 hours of its scheduled start, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting — including PSL match betting, player performance markets, and ICC event futures — is subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). 588min will not accept responsibility for any discrepancies between third-party data feed providers and official results where the official governing body result is used as the definitive settlement basis.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 588min platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one 588min account, whether in your own name or under aliases.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through coordinated wagering patterns, including matched betting via 588min's own markets, using bonus funds solely on low-risk outcomes to extract value without genuine gaming intent.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets designed to exploit price discrepancies between 588min sportsbook markets and other operators in a way that guarantees profit regardless of outcome.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, crawlers, macros, or any automated software to interact with the 588min platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live dealer or poker games to gain an unfair advantage at the expense of other participants.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the 588min platform for any form of financial fraud, including depositing funds from stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or using the platform to process or layer illicit funds.
• Exploitation of software errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, glitch, or error to gain credits, winnings, or any advantage not available under normal operation. Any winnings generated through a known software error are void.
• Identity misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, using another person's identity, or misrepresenting your age or jurisdiction of residence.

Account Suspension & Closure

588min reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Account security concerns, including suspected unauthorised access.
• Request by a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off request under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 588min reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, or upon voluntary closure requested by the account holder with no outstanding compliance issues, any verified real-money PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsible Gaming

588min is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders at no cost, accessible directly through the account settings panel.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set caps on the total amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an on-screen alert when your gaming session has reached your chosen duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders of the time elapsed and net result of your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and opt out of all 588min marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 588min platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, user interface design, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 588min or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 588min platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any 588min content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 588min software or game engine.
• Use 588min trademarks, logos, or branding in any context without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest any data from the 588min platform by automated means.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588min, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of PKR funds arising from player error, forgotten credentials, or failure to follow account security best practices.
• Any interruption to the platform caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server outages, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental loss arising from your use of or inability to use the 588min platform.
• Losses resulting from the use of information, odds, or statistics published on the 588min sportsbook that contain inaccuracies beyond 588min's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a third-party payment provider's failure to process a deposit or withdrawal in a timely manner.

In no event shall 588min's total aggregate liability to any single player exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their 588min account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

Amendments to These Terms

The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms will always be displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the 588min platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the 588min platform and close your account before the amendment's effective date. Your real-money PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method upon verified account closure.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the 588min platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 588min holds its operating licence.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to 588min's formal complaints procedure.
